Subscription Terms
FaceUp Studio is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. This page explains exactly how billing, free trials, renewal, and cancellation work, in line with Apple App Store guidelines and applicable consumer-protection law.
Auto-renewable subscription terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- Subscriptions may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All plans unlock the same entitlement: unlimited 4K AI generations across all six Studios. Yearly subscribers additionally receive priority generation queue and early access to new Studios.
Prices are shown in USD. Apple converts to your local currency and applies the appropriate regional taxes; the exact amount in your currency is shown in the App Store before you confirm any purchase.
2. Free trial (Weekly plan only)
- The Weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, in which case you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription automatically renews at $9.99/week.
- Apple sends you a reminder 24 hours before the first charge.
- One free trial per Apple ID, lifetime. Switching plans does not reset trial eligibility.
3. Billing and auto-renewal
- Your subscription is billed by Apple at the start of each billing period to the payment method registered to your Apple ID.
- The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Each renewal is at the then-current displayed price.
- Auto-renewal cannot be disabled mid-period. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not retroactively cancel the current period.
- If a price change is introduced, Apple notifies you and asks for confirmation before the next renewal. The subscription pauses if confirmation is not given.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, with no fee, directly through your Apple ID:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap FaceUp Studio.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date. After it, your subscription becomes inactive and the entitlement is removed.
5. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple, and so all refund requests must be submitted to Apple. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the FaceUp Studio purchase.
- Tap "Report a Problem" and select your reason.
Apple's refund policy applies. We have no ability to issue refunds directly. Statutory consumer-protection rights (such as the EU 14-day right of withdrawal) are not affected; if your local law requires a direct refund route, contact support@faceup.studio.
6. EU/UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the start of your paid subscription period (the trial period itself does not count). Note: by starting to use the Service during this period, you may forfeit this right under EU law. To exercise your right of withdrawal, email support@faceup.studio with subject "Withdrawal."
7. What happens at the end of a free trial
The Weekly plan automatically converts to a paid subscription at $9.99/week unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancellation during the trial leaves you with full access until the trial period expires, at which point access is removed.
8. Changing plans
You can switch between plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) at any time from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FaceUp Studio. Apple handles the proration automatically:
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately, with credit applied for the unused portion of your current plan.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the next renewal — you keep your current plan until then.
9. Family Sharing
FaceUp Studio supports Apple Family Sharing for the Yearly plan. Once enabled, your subscription entitlement is shared with all members of your Family group. Family Sharing setup is managed entirely on your device via Settings → [Your Name] → Family.
10. Account requirements
An active subscription is tied to your Apple ID. To use the Service across devices, sign in with the same Apple ID. To restore a previously purchased subscription on a new device, open the app and tap Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.
11. Changes to subscription terms
If we change pricing, billing periods, or the entitlement covered by a plan, we will notify you in-app and via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel at any time before the new terms apply.
