Auto-Renewal Disclosure
FaceUp Studio is sold as an auto-renewable subscription via the Apple App Store. This page sets out, in plain language, exactly how billing, free trials, renewal and cancellation work — for users and for App Store reviewers checking compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2(a).
Auto-renewable subscription terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- Subscriptions may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
1. Available subscriptions
The following auto-renewable subscriptions unlock the full FaceUp Studio entitlement (unlimited 4K AI generations across all six Studios). Prices are shown in USD; Apple converts to your local currency and applies any regional taxes before checkout, where the exact local amount is displayed.

2. How billing works
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the moment you confirm the purchase.
- For the Weekly plan with a 3-day free trial, the first charge occurs at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
- Each subsequent renewal is automatically charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If a price change is introduced, Apple notifies you and pauses auto-renewal until you confirm the new price.
3. Free trial (Weekly plan only)
- The Weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers per Apple ID.
- Cancel any time during the trial via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid Weekly subscription at $9.99/week.
- Apple sends you a renewal reminder 24 hours before the first charge.
- Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited if you upgrade to a paid plan early.
4. How to cancel
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top of the Settings screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap FaceUp Studio.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to take effect for the next renewal. After cancellation, you keep full access until the end of the current paid period.
5. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund policy applies. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country grants direct refund rights, contact support@faceup.studio.
6. Privacy and terms
Your use of FaceUp Studio is governed by:
- Privacy Policy — what data we collect and why.
- Terms of Service — the full agreement.
- EULA — your licence to the app.
- Full Subscription Terms — extended details, plan switching, EU/UK rights, Family Sharing.
- Cookie Policy — identifiers used by the website and the app.
