Auto-renewable subscription terms

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
  • Subscriptions may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Pricing questions, answered.

How does the 3-day free trial work?
When you choose the Weekly plan, the first 3 days are free. You can cancel any time during the trial via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, your subscription renews at $9.99/week.
Why is the Yearly plan the best value?
$89.99/year works out to $1.73/week — about 83% less than the Weekly plan. If you intend to use FaceUp Studio for more than ~3 months, Yearly is the most economical option.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. From Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. The change takes effect at the next renewal.
Will I be charged immediately when I start the free trial?
No. Your payment method is authorised but not charged until the 3-day trial ends. You'll receive a reminder from Apple before the first charge.
Do generations expire?
All generations are saved to your private gallery on FaceUp Studio servers for 30 days, after which they are auto-deleted. You can download any generation at full 4K resolution at any time during that window.
Is there a refund policy?
All payments are processed by Apple, so all refund requests must be made through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request. Apple's refund policy applies.
Are prices the same in every country?
No. The prices shown are USD. Apple converts these to local currency and adjusts for regional taxes. The exact amount in your currency will be shown in the App Store before you confirm any purchase.
